Specifically designed for 15-20 year olds, the program involves engaging hands-on activities for students, and we also provide workbooks for the teens to record their activity results and jot down their reflections on the experience.

The content is designed to build on what is currently a part of the existing school curriculum and for all types of learning styles. The CTT program is highly sought after due its interactive nature which is achieved in a variety of ways:

Visual: A compelling slideshow presentation

Auditory: The Facilitators deliver content in a simple but powerful way

Kinesthetic: Giving the students money to work with throughout the program instills the importance of the topics

Auditory Digital: Provided workbooks so the students have the freedom to take their own notes and break down larger topics

Some of the schools we work with: Bass Coast College, Leongatha Secondary College, Foster Secondary College, Pakenham Secondary College.

Why the Program was Designed

Managing Director of FIMA Finance, Jackie Newman, and Founding Owner of Nature of Business, Rebecca Casey, created the CTT Program when stumbling across the statistic that:

“63% of Millennials will not be debt-free during their lives”

Horrified with that fact, the two teamed up to collaborate on the program together in an effort to share their knowledge in a way that teens can relate to, learn from - and most importantly - be engaged in.

With nowhere else offering a service of this type to teenagers in the Bass Coast shire area, their goal is simple: to present this program to as many teenagers as they can, and change that statistic.

Meet the Facilitators

Jackie and Rebecca bring extensive experience and expertise to the program with over three decades of combined experience in the business, banking and finance sectors. The intellectual property that is being shared with the students of the CTT program is first class.

Admired and respected within their individual fields for their exemplary knowledge of business and finance - combined with their natural passion for assisting teenagers with making smart financial decisions - sees them as market leaders in the industry.
